The Fifth Alliance started out late 2006 as a shared passion for hardcore and metal. Influenced by legendary bands as Converge, Botch, Coalesce, Burst, Poison The Well and loads more, The Fifth Alliance brings a heavy grooving sound of controlled dissonance and rhythmic twists. This resulted in the ‘Fear Consumption’ MCD, released late 2007, which brought them lots of shows, reaching bigger audiences, and gaining lots of praise within the Benelux. In September 2009 their new MCD ‘Reflections Of Consciousness’ will be released under the flag of Crossfirecult Records.
